"Children are an Heritage to the Lord"  - Psalms 127:3

Rockwell K Schroedter sealed to Taylor and Kaityln Schroedter - Meridian Idaho 30Apr22

Addy and Sebastian Anderson sealed to Chase and Marissa Anderson - Draper UT 3May22

"When earthly parents welcome Heavenly Father's children into their homes, they assume responsibility to love them, cherish them, teach them, and lead them to eternal life."

We had many changes this past month, but the most noteworthy is the official adoption and sealing of 3 grandchildren into our family. Taylor and Kaitlyn Schroedter have been raising Rockwell K since he was born, May 31, 2021.  Chase and Marissa Anderson have fostered Addy and Sebastian since August 2020.  After final legal adoptions, all three children were sealed to their parents in the House of the Lord (30Apr22 and 3May22).  Best of days!

We love serving the Lord here in Europe.  That being said, it is hard to be away from our kids, and especially our grandkids--we are blessed with many conveniences of video calls and frequent photo shares and planned visits to our mission.  As posted, Shelby and her family visited us in April from their home in England.  This weekend, the week of July 4th, Grant, Kendall and 6 month old Peyton will visit us and the Naatjes, our mission president (Scott and Jodi)--Peyton has both grandparents serving in the same mission which is pretty unique.

Of course, each May, I post in FB and reflect on our oldest son, Garrett Richard, who has been gone over 5 years...he would have been 35 this May.  We love you son and we will continue to look after Millie Kyla Schroedter and Kristi until we meet again.  Michele is booking Millie and Kristi's flight to come at Thanksgiving!

Ahoj Jihlava:
We were blessed to have the Benson (OT and Julie) family visit our place in Jihlava during their short vacation trip to Prague.  Though it was an hour and half from Prague, they graciously came to Jihlava.  We love this good ex-pat family who continues to do so much good in Krakow, Poland for our Ukrainian friends.  We had a pizza and salad evening and taught them "Skull King" of course.  We gave our last new game that Caleb brought over last month.  We'll need to restock our game supplies.  The Benson family is the real deal!
